The party in question has the right to learn of: a) the origin of personal details; b) the objectives and methods of the elaboration; c) the logic applied in the case of an elaboration performed with the help of electronic instruments; d) identification details of the owner, the individuals in charge and the representative nominated in accordance with article 5, paragraph 2; e) the individuals or categories of individuals to whom personal details may be transmitted or that may become familiar with such details as a nominated representative in the territory, people in charge or appointed. 3. The party in question has the right to acquire: a) an update, modification or, if requested, an integration to his details; b) cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or the block on details elaborated in violation to the law, including those for which preservation is not necessary according to the objectives for which the details have been collected or subsequently elaborated; c) confirmation that the operations as indicated in points a) and b) have been indicated, also with regards to their contents, to those to whom such details have been communicated or diffused, except if such fulfilment is impossible or it includes a means of use that is not proportionate to the protected right. 4. The party in question has the right to oppose, totally or partially: a) for legitimate reasons related to the elaboration of personal details related to the objective of the collection; b) to the treatment of his personal details for purposes related to the transmission of publicity material or direct sales or to perform market research or sales communications.
